Welcome to The Sole Spa. By using our sneaker cleaning and care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
The Sole Spa provides sneaker cleaning, restoration, and protective treatments. Each pair is handled with care, but results may vary depending on the condition, material, and prior wear of the sneakers.
2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, defects, or sensitivities (e.g., delicate materials).

Customers must remove personal items from sneakers before drop-off. The Sole Spa is not responsible for lost items left inside shoes.
3. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of service.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We may offer promotional discounts at our discretion.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated completion times will be provided at drop-off. However, actual turnaround times may vary. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
5. Liability

While we take every precaution, The Sole Spa is not responsible for damage due to manufacturer defects, weakened materials, or excessive wear.

We are not liable for color fading, material changes, or outcomes outside of our control.

Customers leave items at their own risk.
6. Refunds & Returns

Services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will review your concern. Where possible, a re-clean may be offered at our discretion.
7. Uncollected Items

Items not collected within 30 days of service completion may be donated or disposed of. Customers will be contacted prior to this.
8. Personal Data
We may collect customer contact information (e.g., phone, email) for service updates and promotions. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Amendments
The Sole Spa reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
