The Sole Spa offers sneaker and footwear cleaning, restoration, and protection services. All services are performed with care and professionalism using industry-standard products and techniques.
Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through our website, messaging platform, or direct contact.

Payment is required upon drop-off or before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit, and digital transfers (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, etc.).
Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours, but this may vary based on shoe condition, service type, or volume.

Rush orders may incur additional fees and must be approved in advance.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off

The Sole Spa offers discreet pick-up and delivery within designated service areas.

Clients must ensure accurate addresses and be available during scheduled time windows.

Missed appointments may result in rescheduling fees.
Liability Disclaimer
While we treat every pair with the utmost care, The Sole Spa is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage (e.g., loose soles, cracked leather, faded dyes)

Results on delicate or specialty materials (e.g., suede, vintage)

Color fading or dye bleeding due to manufacturer defects or unknown treatments

Lost or stolen items once delivered or left unattended by request
If a service cannot be safely completed, we will contact you before proceeding.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shoes. We’ll offer a complimentary re-clean or partial refund where appropriate.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged a fee.

Refunds are not guaranteed after service has been completed.
Shoe Abandonment
Unclaimed shoes left for over 30 days after service completion may be donated, recycled, or disposed of. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before this occurs.
Intellectual Property
All branding, images, and content associated with The Sole Spa are owned by the business and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Changes to Terms
