What services do you offer?

We offer a tiered sneaker cleaning system which ranges from a basic freshen up to a full restoration.

Basic Clean - Deep cleaning of uppers, laces, midsoles & outsoles.

Deep Clean - Deep cleaning of uppers, insoles, laces, midsoles & outsoles.

Premium Clean - Deep cleaning of uppers, insoles, laces, midsoles, outsoles + suede re-napping & leather re-conditioning.

Executive Clean - Deep cleaning of uppers, insoles, laces, midsoles, outsoles, suede re-napping, leather re-conditioning, water & stain repellent coating + free sneaker shapers.

Executive Clean+ - Deep cleaning of uppers, insoles, laces, midsoles, outsoles, suede re-napping, leather re-conditioning, water & stain repellent coating, leather re-paint, suede re-dye, sole un-yellowing, sole re-glue + free sneaker shapers.

We have also recently added a headwear cleaning service which includes a deep clean of the full headpiece & a water and stain repellant coating.

Do you offer discount on bulk orders?

Absolutely, send us an e-mail with all information and we can get right back to you with a quote!

How do I book a service with you?

Choose a cleaning package and add it to cart, while in checkout leave a note of the address in which you want your fresh kicks to be sent to, send an email to thesolespabookings@gmail.com to receive the address to send your dirty kicks to. Once you are given the address you can send your shoes using a courier of your choosing.

Do you offer a drop-off service?

Yes! If you are local to the Southampton/ Hampshire area of the UK drop us a message on instagram @the_solespa and we can arrange a pick-up.

How long is the turnaround time?

Usually your fresh kicks will be back to you within 7 working days, however this can vary depending on the condition of the shoes and the service required, don't worry we will keep you posted throughout.

What type of shoes & hats do you clean?

We can clean all types shoes and headwear!

The Sole Spa

The team done an excellent job!

Way too nervous to clean my Dior’s on my own, so I decided to send them to The Sole Spa. The team handled them with the up-most care and got them looking brand new again. Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be sending my other trainers here.

The Executive Clean + is next level. They managed to re-dye the suede, repaint some leather panels, and even unyellow the soles — things I didn’t think were possible. The re-glue made my sneakers feel sturdy again too. They honestly look better than when I first bought them. This is the ultimate sneaker restoration service!

I went for the Executive Clean and I’m so glad I did. My shoes came back spotless, conditioned, and protected with a water and stain repellant spray.
